How do you ensure quality care?

Our well-defined quality tracking system helps us to provide quality services. Our RNs perform assessments and supervisory visits on a regular basis at no cost to you. Your personal patient care coordinator will stay in touch to make sure your caregiver is on time and performing according to the plan of care.

How long has your agency been in business?

Founded in 1999, Angel Care has been in operation for more than 10 years.

What is the background/experience of the owner?

Angel Care’s owner has over 12 years of experience in home health care services.

Does the agency have a fully staffed office?

In addition to our health care providers, Angel Care is fully staffed with administrators, staff managers, patient care coordinators, a marketing and sales manager, and administrative assistants.

How do I know I can trust your employees?

Our caregivers and employees go through a strict screening process. We perform background checks as part of the intensive interview process. Afterward, patient care quality is ensured through regular supervisory visits.

Is a personalized plan of care developed with me during the assessment?

We will personalize a care plan for you based on a thorough understanding of your needs. This happens during your free initial assessment.

How do you ensure your clients’ confidentiality?

We are HIPPA compliant, and value our patients’ confidentiality. We do not release confidential information about our clients to any unauthorized persons.

Will you coordinate with my doctor?

Yes. Your patient care coordinator will work with your doctor(s) to ensure we are following the most up-to-date orders and care plan.

Does the agency coordinate care with other healthcare services?

For your convenience, we work with our partners to facilitate various services you may need. We have strong working relationships with organizations like home health agencies, hospice care, facility centers, hospitals, durable medical equipment providers, and transportation companies.
