How many hours is a minimum shift? How many hours is a maximum shift?

The minimum shift is 4 hours/day. The maximum shift is 24 hours/day.

How soon could your care start?

Our services are organized in such a way that we can begin serving you the same day you call.

Is assistance on the weekends available?

Yes, weekend service is available. Also, remember that our 24/7 helpline provides any-time assistance.

Is assistance on holidays available?

Our caregivers are available 365 days/year.

Is assistance for emergencies and/or on short notice available?
