Yes. We understand that feedback and regular updates are important, so we communicate regularly with our clients’ family members.
To whom can the family ask questions or make complaints?
Family members can ask questions or make complaints by calling our helpline. Please remember that we are HIPPA compliant, and value our patients’ confidentiality; we do not release confidential information to any unauthorized persons.
How does Angel Care follow up on and resolve problems or complaints?
All complaints are brought to the attention of our CEO. We pledge to do our best to resolve any and all problems and complaints.
What if I’m not satisfied with the services of my loved one’s caregiver?
Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If you are not satisfied, we want to hear from you. If you’d like to switch caregivers, we will assign a new caregiver—no questions asked.
How fast can you respond to an emergency need? Are caregivers available 24 hours, 7 days a week?
