• Assign a personal patient care coordinator who will stay in touch to make sure your caregiver is providing excellent service
• We send our RNs out regularly to make assessments and supervisory visits at no cost to you
• Demand that our staff is carefully screened, well-trained, highly experienced, and compassionate
• Are knowledgeable and compassionate in providing care for patients with Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, diabetes, symptoms of stroke, and other disabilities and handicaps
• Offer Geriatric Care Management (GCM) services to help our clients make assessments and health care recommendations and keep family members informed
• Staff a 24/7 helpline to provide you with any-time assistance. |
