You Make the Decisions
We want you—and your family—to make informed choices about your in-home health care. We assure you that we won’t dictate your routine to you; you decide when to wake up, when to bathe, when to eat, when to retire, and so on. Our job is to accommodate your schedule as much as possible.
Similarly, you have complete control over which caregivers are in your service. Not only will you interview all new caregivers, but if you’re ever dissatisfied with a caregiver, we want to hear from you. If you’d like to switch caregivers, we will assign a new caregiver—no questions asked.
