What are my payment options?
Angel Care accepts personal checks, all major credit cards, and cash. We also accept most home health insurance policies. Your patient care coordinator will explain all payment options to you.
Do you accept private health care or long-term care insurance?
Yes. We accept both private health care and long-term care insurances.
What is the cost for overtime, if my caregiver stays late?
Overtime is billed at your regular rate.

Does payment go to the agency or the caregiver directly?
All payments go to Angel Care. Since we work directly with the insurance companies for billing, we ask that no direct payments be given to any staff member.
Do you charge for the initial assessment? What is your registration fee?
Our initial assessment and registration are free of charge.
Do you charge any other upfront fees or administrative costs?
No. There are no upfront fees or administrative costs.
Are hourly rates for couples different than for individuals?
For couples, we charge 1½ times the individual hourly rate.
Do you charge mileage to and from my home?
No, we don’t bill you for any mileage.
Do you charge for staff travel time to and from my home?
No, we don’t bill you for any staff travel time.
