Geriatric Care Management
We offer Geriatric Care Management (GCM) services to help our clients manage their health care needs. Our GCMs make assessments of patient needs, make health care recommendations, and keep family members informed. They can also make referrals for elder law attorneys, trust officers, medical professionals, and financial advisors. |
